There's nothing quite like a little bowl of olives for a pre-dinner snack, aperitivo style!
This painting was based on a photo I took of a beautiful shiny silver bowl of olives at a pizza restaurant in Nantes.
In a more expressive style for me, this quick study focuses on feeling and movement rather than perfect shapes or forms. Its wonkiness is its charm, I think.
